October 2026: “The Bitch is Back”
Will this year be a regular October, or a ROCKTOBER??? My vote is for Rocktober. October 2026 offers up some real opportunity to break out of some serious ruts. Or, if you haven’t been in a rut, it’ll offer you a turbo boost button of sorts that you can push to jump way ahead of where you are now. For some of you, you’ll make 3 or 4 months worth of progress in the timeframe of just 1 ROCKTOBER.
That said, let me try and explain why this month’s energy is the way it is, and let me also remind everyone that there are no calendars in the energy, and there are no hard-stops generally with the energies. So roughly the end of September 2026 bleeds into ROCKTOBER 2026 and in-turn ROCKTOBER bleeds into the first half or so of November. Likely up to about the 11/11 portal timeframe.
Okay so for starters the month opens with Mercury sliding into Scorpio technically on September 30th, followed by a Venus retrograde in Scorpio and later in the month a Venus slide-back into Libra. I’m calling all of this, “Scorpio-Gate 2026” even though Venus does move back into Libra around the 25th of the month. These energies of Mercury and backward flying Venus together in deep Scorpio are creating a massive… and I mean MASSIVE re-think on all things emotional. We may get VERY vocal about what and who we DO NOT LIKE!!! By contrast we may also get VERY vocal on what and who WE DO LIKE!!! Just sayin’, this energy will flow both ways. I don’t want you to get surprised if you or someone close to you has a “moody” day and starts “Bitch-fest 2026” about what a piece of shit you are, or where you live is etc…
Needless to say it’s going to be a fun for me to pull readings on for sure!!! I love ROCKTOBER… Especially when Scorpio season hits. Which by coincidence is pretty much right when Venus (still retrograde) slides backward into Libra and releases a surge, no,,, a deluge of apologies and attempts to balance all that happened during “Scorpio-Gate 2026” when everything was so heavy and was being rather deeply evaluated and investigated for its usefulness. A time when every little thing was so fucking important, is now with Venus in Libra a cause for “oh my god what have I done???” Or “Oh my god, what did I say???”
All of this is fine and normal, albeit a bit on crack in ROCKTOBER 2026, but the caution I must issue, especially to the DMs in the current soulmate cycle more so than the DFs I imagine, is to be careful about tying your ego to anything you feel emotionally negative OR even positive about. It’s the kind of energy where if you do that, in a extreme example you might divorce your spouse because they won’t let you keep an old trinket or something from your past. And I mean something stupid like a blanket, or a shirt etc. I’m not talking about naked pics of your old girlfriends or boyfriends that they find. If you’re keeping shit like that and they find it, you need to learn to hide stuff better. No amount of planetary energy will help you. You just suck at hiding shit… lol…
So besides “Scorpio-Gate 2026” the other main event that’s helping to really shake things loose and up, and I might add its timing is impeccable, is Pluto going direct in Aquarius dead center mid-month on ROCTOBER 15th heralds in “We’re not gonna take it-Gate” for sure!!. Oh this energy is awesome. It creates an almost instant and massive collective shift from inward focus to an outward one, only in a massive almost superpowered way. When I say “collective”, I mean “EVERYONE”!!! Any buried pressures, issues, or hidden truths that we’ve discovered since May about ourselves, or the world at-large, transform from a quiet inward, shhhh don’t talk about it just process it energy to a MASSIVE Rock concert loud forward moving unstoppable wave of protest and/or healing.
My guess from an astrology standpoint is that fixed signs (Taurus, LEO, Scorpio, & Aquarius) will be impacted the most by Pluto’s direct motion, or at least they’ll feel it more intensely than most people will. But I think no matter what your sign is, if you’re part of the current soulmate cycle you’ll feel it pretty good too.
Out in the world we may see protests resuming and growing in size. But all oppressive strong-arm leaders will be fair game in Pluto’s sights. You don’t have to rule a country with an iron fist. This energy could come for you if you’ve been a bit of an oppressive dictator at work in your supervisory or executive position. This Pluto in Aquarius energy has been building since May while its been in retrograde. Anyone who reads energy has felt this. It’s a pressurized rising up/fighting back energy on crack. To quote an Elton John song title, with Pluto direct in Aquarius here in ROCKTOBER…. “The bitch is back“.
I should note that for most of you, especially in regard to internal/personal/emotional issues and things that you’ve been processing, it really will play out as a very productive and empowering time. I’m sure the majority of you won’t rip anyone’s head off, so no worries…
ROCKTOBER might be one of the more memorable months of 2026. Although spoiler alert, maybe not as much as November will be. BUT…. November, especially early November is worth me mentioning here. Not the least of which because ROCKTOBER’s energy as I said earlier bleeds into November all the way up to about the 11/11 energetic new year portal. That means that what starts in ROCKTOBER with Pluto’s direct motion in Aquarius, has time to build into a Juggernaut by November 3rd… What’s November 3rd?? Well, here in the US, it’s the mid-term elections.
The US mid-terms present us with two possible timelines, and this crossroads of sorts is why I refrained from making too many predictions in my “2027 – The Year of the Cat” article. They’re extremely pivotal, and not just for the US, for the entire world actually. The US leaves a huge footprint, and over the past decade its gotten a lot bigger.
To understand what the two different timelines are, you have to understand what the US mid-terms will be about.
In a nutshell, it’s an election that decides whether ONE POWERFUL MAN retains ultimate/seemingly unchecked power to unilaterally decide who and what we blow up, invade, tax, and generally just fuck with. Or, whether the checks & balances system put in place by our founding fathers to prevent such madness returns. If so, this would also return the balance of power to the people, rather than just the one powerful dude.
So ROCKTOBER sets up a lot of pins in the bowling alley of our lives. In a way the energies themselves, be it Venus, Mercury, Pluto, or even the powerful New Moon in Libra on the 11th just prior to Pluto’s direct motion put us all in front of many crossroads, i.e. multiple timeline options. As a pro-tip, I’ll say that it’s imperative that we haven’t tied our precious egos to any emotional actions or decisions that we have to make. To me the energies setting up in ROCKTOBER 2026 feel more like an “opportunity” than a test of some sort. This opportunity puts us in front of many crossroads/possible timelines. It’s a chance to stop for a moment and double-check that we’re on the road/timeline that we want to be on.
I’ll of course will be pulling reads on all of these energies and many more throughout the month. Needless to say, I’m especially looking forward to the Pluto direct in Aquarius reading.
In closing, I’ll say ROCKTOBER 2026 will likely be remembered by many of you and maybe much of the world as “The month we snapped out of it.“…. Yup…. that about sums it up,,, and “snapped out of it” applies across the board… It can be about what’s going on in the world right now, or it can be very very personal and self-contained within your little world. Either way ROCKTOBER is a very empowering month. So use that power wisely. And what’s wisely??? … Well, that’s up to you. That’s totally your call…
