July 2026 is a month to separate the wheat from the chaff in our lives, yes,,,, but it’s also a month that brings back in some FUN!!. That “fun” will likely happen more due to an attitude change on our individual parts, rather than cool and fun situations popping up, or people popping in. Meaning, it’s “fun” that’s always been there, but we either didn’t have the confidence to take advantage of it, or we just haven’t been in the mood to. Well, in the July 2026 CONFIDENCE is in NO short supply. July 2026: “Chasing the Dragon”
July 2026 is bookended by big energies. It’s a month that opens with the largest planet in our solar system (Jupiter), and the one that seems to govern the soulmate cycle the most changing signs from the watery Cancerian cycle theme energy, to the fiery get up and move vibe of LEO. July ends with a BIG Saturn retrograde in Aries, followed closely by the North Node of Destiny shifting signs and moving into Aquarius, after being in Pisces since January of 2025.
But I would be remiss if I discounted Neptune’s retrograde mid-month. It’s equally as influential as the the month’s beginning and ending energies. Neptune retrograde always adds a dose of reality to things, and in the case of July 2026, it’s about who or what we treasure and why we treasure them or it. Neptune’s retrograde energy blends near perfectly with Venus’ move into practical/grounded Virgo energies and the upcoming Lion’s Gate energies of early-mid-August. We we have the chance to see the people around us, or that we support, ultra-clearly for who and what they are.

Meaning, it’s “fun” that’s always been there, but we either didn’t have the confidence to take advantage of it, or we just haven’t been in the mood to. Well, in the July 2026 CONFIDENCE is in NO short supply. This is especially true if you’re part of the soulmate cycle, as you’re an honorary Cancerian if you are, what with it being a Cancerian themed cycle and all. That said, Jupiter’s move to LEO will fire you up to say the least. You’ll say things and do things you never said or did before. But also, others will act towards YOU in ways THEY never have before. This sort of this is often read in my readings as a “popularity-type” energy.
The above being said, your stock should be on the rise in July 2026 for sure… Cheers to that I say…
But hey, I always like to offer you an energetic twist that’s in play beyond the astrological events. What’s the point in having someone like me around if you don’t get to know about some of the energies. Sometimes the energies I tell you about are warnings, and other times they’re pretty cool. This one is pretty cool, so I hope you’re someone that’s impacted by it.
There’s an overlaying long-cycle of energy that’s peaking in July. My guess is from around July 9th through about August 26th or 27th or so. Now as a friendly warning, this energy for lack of a better way to put it might have you “chasing the dragon” a bit with regard to a past July/Solstice time of year experience. Chasing the Dragon is an addiction slang-term for chasing that first high. The thing is, that “dragon” can never be found or caught.
This long-cycle of core surrounding energies that’s peaking in July of 2026 is very special. It’s what I and many other energy reading freaks like me call a “tethered energy“. Meaning you’re at one end of it, and the other end is directly tied to something else. This is usually a type of energy that makes you feel like you’re back at the other end, in that other time, and it can give you an undying urge to return there, usually by trying to relive it all.
So in July’s case for example, let’s say July 2008, or 2009, or something like that was a magical time for you. Something about July of 2026 will remind you of that past time SO MUCH that you COULD end up loosing your shit and as Tom Petty once so perfectly sang, “running down a dream, that never would come to me“. Well, it won’t come to you either if you do that. In fact you’ll ruin the energetic experience of it all a bit. So please take my advice…
And that advice is to please be careful that you don’t end up “chasing the dragon“. You won’t catch it. Your best use of this energy, IF it impacts you, (and I hope it does, because it’s really awesome) is to simply enjoy the high offered up by the crystal clear nostalgia of that past moment. That’s where the true joy of this energy lives.
If you try to relive this time from your past because it feels so strong to you that you swear it’s repeating, you’ll end up in a Page of Swords type energy, i.e. disappointed… I mention this because “most people“, when this type of energy is present, do indeed try to relive it. And as always, I’m trying to help you NOT be like “most people.”
But in a very real way, you can relive that past moment. Rather ironically, if you just “enjoy the ride” this specific energy offers you, you end up, in your own way, reliving that past time once again. But I can’t emphasize enough, that by trying to bring it back or into the 3D physical world by for example, visiting the people or places from that time again, you’ll only ruin this energy for yourself. Your attempts to bring it back will turn it from a sweet dream, into a nightmare of frustration. Just just let it feel like a dream, and don’t try to run that dream down, or chase any metaphorical dragons, and you’ll likely end up remembering July of 2026 as another one of those “magical times.” One that maybe made you feel a way you once felt a long long time ago.
That’s about all I have to say about July 2026. The readings should be very interesting, mostly because of all the CONFIDENCE in the air. I’m endlessly curious to see how this month’s energy and later in early August, Lion’s Gate energies impact the DM or runner side of the soulmate cycle. I think the DFs (which is most of my viewers) will likely get a lot of what they want. But I suspect in some cases getting what you want will feel more like “wanted“.
There’s a lot of frequency raising opportunity within July 2026’s energy. I think for the DF side of the soulmate cycle, those opportunities to level-up will be too tempting to pass up. Especially since their (your) confidence levels will be at or near an all-time high.
So enjoy the month. If it’s summer for you, stay as naked as possible, and if it’s winter for you, go naked under your snowsuit. Let as much of July’s energy wash over you as is possible. Don’t chase any dragons, or run down any dreams. Just enjoy the ride that’s on offer.
