The Month Ahead

July 2023 is about what I call “Hyper-Clarity”!! Mars entering Virgo helps with some of this by making us hyper-pumped to improve ourselves. The month even opens with Mercury in Cancer, which opens emotional communication lines both inside ourselves and outside ourselves with others. The New Moon in Cancer sets the stage for even more communication on these fronts. And it also marks the new year for the current soulmate cycle. Mercury having been in Cancer as the month began will move into Leo, which represents passionate forward movement on those talked about emotions. This is followed closely by Venus going retrograde in Leo until September, which curbs our emotional enthusiasm in a good way by relaxing ego energies and allowing us to be emotionally humble. This will be especially powerful for any runners out there for sure. Burger King’s will have a hard time with this Venus retrograde energy because it all but eliminates excessive ego energies. The month ends with Mercury moving into Virgo, it’s 3rd sign of the month. This is a cool transit with all the other surrounding energies because it adds an element of wise logical reflection on the month’s emotional revelations and outcomes.
All of the above is great. But it’s is only a small part of July’s energetic story. The core energy has changed as we’ve been talking about. This new core energy actually exponentially amplifies ALL of the astrological alignments pulling on it. July 2023 gives us all a chance to actually thrive within this new energy. In June as it set in we were adjusting to it, we’d just moved in and didn’t know the neighborhood very well. So it may have caused things to feel off or weird, or just uneasy. Now here in July we’re acclimatized a bit more, the surrounding energies won’t feel as weird or off as they may have in June for some of you. In July we can begin to actually use this new core environmental energy to apply some forward motion and make some major changes within ourselves and our lives in general.
Underneath everything going on this month is Neptune retrograde in Pisces. This alone if nothing else was going on would add a lot of clarity to things. In fact Neptune retrograde is where much of July’s baseline “hyper-clarity” is coming from. Neptune retrograde in particular will add a lot of clarity in the arenas of ways we deceive ourselves, and will help us spot the “addiction” energies I spoke about on a recent 3 card reading, and see them for what they really are. However Neptune retrograde alone along with the other energies would not be enough to make any real lasting changes. We need a super-charger for the energy to make any real lasting changes. Fortunately July is packing a surprise in the form of a super-charged energy. And that is the North Node of destiny.
On July 17 the North Node moves into the fire of Aries after spending 18 months or so in earthy Taurus. Its move to Aries lights a fire in our bellies to drive with more intent than ever towards our soul’s true purpose down the highway of destiny. As if that’s not enough it doesn’t end there. The North Node makes 3 TENSE squares with Pluto retrograde in Capricorn back to back to back on July 23rd, 25th, & 28th respectively. These alignments are sort of a check yourself before you wreck yourself type energy. It happens 3 times, giving us 3 chances to get our course right. This is important because the North Node in Aries will make us speed a bit on destiny’s highway, and as we all know sometimes if we go too fast we miss things, or worse get a ticket. These 3 squares between the North Node and Pluto retrograde in Capricorn will give us a chance to both go fast AND see all the sights by circling us back around 3 times.
These squares between the North Node and Pluto tie directly with what I talked about on my “Pluto retrograde in Capricorn” reading. This is very important energy, and energy that I’ve been waiting for for a very long time. I’ve obviously known it was coming and I’ve made a point to try to remind everyone that things you thought were true about yourself, your life or others etc. will be coming back around for review. And here in July we not only get to review these things which began in June actually but we get to put the fixes (if needed) in place. Which of course does not just apply to YOU. It applies to everyone, runners included.
So July is set to be a pretty powerful month. It’s a little bit of its own animal though. We’re heading into new energetic territory here. But we’re all pretty equipped to handle the road and terrain just fine. As always though most people out there in society outside the soulmate cycle will ignore these energies. And because of that they’re in for a bumpy ride down destiny’s highway. These energies bring with them knowledge of where all the pot-holes are so you can avoid them. The energies provide an opportunity, and as with any opportunity it’s always up to your free-will whether you take it or not. But most of you reading this I’m quite certain will take the energetic opportunities July provides.
One last note… “Hyper-Clarity” or just clarity in general isn’t always pretty. Keep that in mind. It’s a bit like waking up sober after a wild night out and wondering what in the hell you did last night… So if you do find yourself seeing any mistakes you’ve made along the way, please remember that you can’t change the past, and the future is uncertain. So the best anyone can ever do is correct course in the present and head on down the road towards the next set of mistakes. i.e. “lessons”.. That’s life un-sugarcoated for ya right there.
For me these moments of clarity and course corrections are kind of what make life fun. I see it all as an adventure. And July 2023 will certainly offer its share of clarity, course adjustments, new beginnings, and……. adventures.
I’ll also add here that since someone commented to me that June didn’t happen for them but rather what I said would happen in May happened in June. I want to remind everyone that there’s no time as we track it within the energy. Energy doesn’t have your Gregorian calendar with its months days, and pin-up model pictures. You’re all moving at different speeds on the timelines of your life. How slow or fast you’re reaching destination as always depends on how many wrong turns you’ve made, or how much swimming against the current of the energies you’ve done along the way. You’re all snowflakes, each one of you different. So for example for some of you July’s energy or any month’s energy might not affect you until months later, or it can also affect you months prior if you’re ahead of the game. That’s why ALL of my readings are “timeless”. No matter what date is on them. All of the energy that’s ever been created or ever will be created has already been created. Meaning, it’s all there at once, and it’s all happening at once.
It should be an EPIC month of readings to say the very least. So I hope you’ll all stay tuned.
