The month ahead: “December 2023”

Our Gregorian calendar year of 2023 is NOT ending on an energetically quiet note, either on the astrological or core energy side of things!! The top astrological stories of December are; Venus changing signs twice, Mercury also changing signs twice as it goes into what I’ll call a “super-retrograde”, turning direct to open 2024 on January 1st. Beyond that a couple big gas giant planets are quite active this month as well, as both Neptune and Jupiter go direct in their respective signs of Pisces and Taurus. And as if all that wasn’t enough on the astrology side the annual Cancer Full Moon falls just after Christmas this year. This moon is important each year because this current soulmate cycle is Cancerian themed, thus the annual Cancer Full Moon (which I put in caps on purpose by the way) ends a chapter in the cycle like always, but also marks the half-time point. There are 12 chapters or years in each soul-cycle and just after Christmas on the 26th we’ll hit the half-way point of the current cycle. Now obviously energy overlaps as there is no time as we track it and know it within it, but in my experience the second halves of soulmate cycles are typically far easier than the first halves are. Usually this is because the first group has learned its lessons and raised its vibration (frequency) a at least a bit. Granted, this is a very atypical cycle as I’ve pointed out many times, but based on the upcoming year’s energy I would say I’m encouraged that at the very least things will flow a lot easier than they have been during the first half.
Okay so having said all of the above there is much more going on in this very powerful and energetically active month than just the astrological influences pulling on the energy. And this month cut right down the middle is the year’s final portal energy. That portal is collectively known as the 12:12 portal. This year its energy spans from about December 4th or 5th until around the Cancer Full Moon on the 26th. That’s my own personal read on the energy anyway, but you come here from my own personal take so I figured I’d give it to you.
In an effort to not turn this write-up into 500 pages I’ll just simply say about this year’s 12:12 portal energy, if you have a hat on, hold onto it. It’s what I and many other energy sensitive people (energy readers) would call “windy energy”. What that means for you and I pretty much backs up my predictive title and write-up on the 2024 year ahead. “WIND” tends to carry things. For example your hat can blow off, and that can make you have to chase it down the street to catch up to it. Well the same applies with “windy energy”. Anything,… emotions, manifesting, or in the 3D choices, decisions etc. we make under this 12:12 energy will have far reaching and lasting effects. However this 12:12 energy because of its “windiness”, also works in conjunction with the Cancer Full Moon to clear the slate so to speak as we move into the next chapter and second half of the current soulmate cycle. Which is a cycle as I’ve told you all many times in my notebooks I call, “THE HULK”. lol
Make your resolutions for the coming year NOW. You should have started back in late October when I suggested you do that. However it’s not too late. Begin showing the universe what you want by feeling it, by daydreaming it, by taking steps to live it in the 3D if possible. Either way I’ll offer you a tip. Whatever you do during the month of December, try to exist in an energy of “gratitude”. Gratitude is powerful energy and it has a way of making you “wind-proof” when the energy is “windy”. Meaning not only will your metaphorical hat not blow off, the “windy” energy will actually work to your advantage. As I said it can clear the slate. Wind in nature tends to clear out pollution. Offering a fresh start and some space to breathe. There’s a great opportunity present within the energy of this month to move into 2024 with a clean-slate. This is in no small part because the energy of 2024 is for most of the year quite “windy” as well. The wind of 2024 helps to carry the energy of December and the 12:12 portal further than it would normally travel. The clean-slate that’s on offer in this “wind” can apply emotionally and even for some of you physically. Just like the wind itself can blow the cob-webs out of your house or a room, this “windy” energy can do that for you life as well. IF you allow it to. As always it’s a free-will choice on our part.
As a side note about the coming new year. Technically the energy around us resets with the 11:11 portal. That’s the energetic new year. So it’s already the energy of what we know from our calendars to be 2024 right now as you read this. But the 12:12 portal energy activates the 11:11 portal’s energy, or maybe better said, it completes the circuit. As the “windy” energy of it blows towards the Cancer Full Moon on the 26th of the month, do yourself a solid, and make damn sure it works with you and not against you. A little faith that the universe always has your back, and that gratitude energy I wrote about in the previous paragraph will serve you well. It’s just an energy tip, take it for what it’s worth to you… — Cheers
