Steve’s Love Tarot (SLT) has had quite a history. Some might say a horny history, and they’d be right, but we do go a bit deeper than just that. I spent a lot of energy in my early reads in 2021 and my MailBag playlist videos explaining a lot of things about energy and soulmate cycles to everyone. This is because when I first arrived on YouTube in early 2021 people were thoroughly confused. I had my email address available and I got thousands of emails, too many to respond to. My server company thought I was a spammer and actually suspended me. It took me two hours on the phone to get the email suspension lifted. Why were people confused you may ask???
Well, before I started my channel I spent some of 2019 and all of 2020 watching over 300 tarot channels on YouTube. I saw giveaways, learned about mermaid cards. I got fucking unicorns up the ass, and I heard way too many people using the word namaste with the wrong energy comin’ off them. Meaning they would never use that word if they were not on YouTube. But no one and I mean no one, even the ones I liked EVER mentioned the soulmate cycle. This didn’t surprise me too much. I’m hyper-aware of patterns and cycles. It’s a by-product of my deep-empathy, which is what allows me to pick up on things. It’s not hocus pocus it’s an actual condition, it resembles OCD in many ways. My point is, most of the readers I saw spent too much time on the spiritual side and didn’t balance it out with enough science, physics and reality. Sure they pulled readings but most never explained to anyone watching “The energetic why of it all“… why all this painful growth was happening to them. So…. I spent much of my time in 2021 and 2022 as I was building the channel up helping people understand the why of it all, and helping the DFs in particular get their self-worth fired up again.
Anyway… the key to it all is the soulmate-cycle. That said, in an effort to make sure newer SLT viewers and SLT veterans are all on the same page with the “Soulmate-cycle” I’m laying out the basics of it below. I’m also doing this because I talk about the soulmate cycle on my videos and these days I’m not the only one doing it. So we need other readers on the same page too. There’s over 40 years of observational research and proof behind what I’ve figured out so far. So I figure I’ll just break it down here.
I’m simplifying quite a bit, but that’s because much of it is confusing cross energies as I call them, and they’re not important for you to understand what a soulmate cycle is and how it works. When I tell people the soulmate cycles are about 12 years long. They tend to freak out and think it’s all pain and waiting for a runner or something. First off, never wait. If someone wants to run, let them, they’ll regret it. Assuming there’s a soul connection anyway. You can leave a cycle anytime you like, and people enter and leave and come back in all the time. But being part of the soulmate cycle is a key sign that your frequency (vibration) is trying to grow, i.e. get higher. It’s sometimes a case of no pain no gain. My job is and has always been for many decades to help the people around me see the value in it, and in themselves as well. Only about 20 million people are part of the current cycle. There are 8 or so Billion in the world. That alone should prove how special it is. Not unlike what a preacher might say to ya.. God, (or the energy), won’t send you anything that you can’t handle.
On the energy side of things you first have to understand that everything is energy and energy is measured in cycles. Everything is cycles, small, large, medium, tiny, it’s all cycles. Even the weather is in cycles, our solar system is a giant cycle in play. Round and round it goes.. The soulmate cycle is just one of many that you’re a part of at any given moment. For a few of you a cycle that lasted 20 minutes has just ended. For others, you’ve just entered one that will last a few days or months. We live our lives in cycles. Our love lives, and relationships with family, friends, ourselves, and the outside world are all part of cycles as well. One of those cycles I spotted at a very young age, and in my late teens I called it, “The soulmate cycle”.
The current soulmate cycle that brings most of you to YouTube to watch tarot readings is the most difficult to happen since the 1940’s, which was the last time it was in-play. This cycle is tied to an energetic storm the comes around every 80 or 90 years. It goes hand-in-hand with that storm oddly enough. Usually it results in a loss of empathy on either the DM or DF sides. This energy was here for the Revolutionary war, the Civil War, WWII, and now, which I suspect some sort of WWIII will result from it. I mean there’s crazy talk of invading Canada or Greenland for fuck’s sake.. LOL.. At any rate, this energy will be here again in the early 22nd century. Assuming anyone is still here to see it. lol
Our current soulmate-cycle is why I started the SLT YouTube channel. I was going to pull on it anyway because I’ve known it was coming for decades, and was very excited to see it. I spent much of my 20’s studying history and WWII in particular because I knew that this current cycle was coming. I mean seriously with Marines and troops in the streets of Los Angeles where I live currently as I type this, and a tank parade coming soon. I can’t wait to get my iron curtain days goose stepping down. Man I’ll tell you, this cycle sure hasn’t disappointed. My point here is that cycles, once you spot them, make everything very predictable, whether that’s predictability within your life, or in the world at-large. Heck cycles and patterns are what astrology is based on. Astrology is basically just tracking repeating patterns of energy and predicting how they’ll behave within the context of new surrounding energies. It’s the “the same but different” principle. In the current energies and powerful cycle it doesn’t take a rocket scientist, master astrologer, or even a deep empathy energy guy talking hand on a YouTube video to spot the historic repeating patterns happening all around us right now.
Having said that we also know how this cycle ends. This cycle going back over 1000 years has always ended in shame. On the societal side be it WWII or the Civil War for example, both ended with one side feeling deep shame for how it behaved and the damage it caused.
The same is said for the soulmate/love side of this cycle. It ends in shame as the cycle fades out. One side, likely the DM side in the current cycle will feel a deep shame for the damage they did to the other side. Either emotionally or to your connection itself. The unique thing about this soulmate cycle/energetic storm is the “shame” at the end is built into it. Which is why it ALWAYS ends with it.
This is a very special soulmate cycle. If I haven’t made that clear yet, let me be crystal clear on that now. It doesn’t matter if they/your runners show up or not. Because they will feel the end of the cycle one way or another. Which is why the DF side should focus on self-worth issues and inner-work in general. The DF side should and can use the energy of this cycle to grow exponentially. As we say, if someone wants to run, let them, they’ll regret it. As I said, in this case, that shame and regret is built into the end of current cycle itself.
So love it or hate it that’s the energy that’s around us right now. I crack jokes about it, i.e. getting my goose steppin’ down to try to break the energy up. But the truth is it’s a powerful soulmate-cycle/energetic storm, and nothing about it either on the love/soulmate side, or the societal side is anything to sneeze or laugh at. And as for readings, fucking mermaid or unicorn cards are not going to cut it. That’s for damn sure…
So what is the soulmate-cycle?? The current soulmate cycle which I’ve named “THE HULK” in my notebooks is the 4th cycle I’m observing, and we’re about half way through it right now as we enter June 2025. In fact Jupiter entering Cancer marks the half-way point exactly.
Based on my observations the cycles are about 12 years long, and they seem to governed by Jupiter’s energy as it makes it’s way around the Sun. The core energy of the cycle seems to tie itself to the North Node of the moon (also known as “The True Node” & “Rahu”). The soulmate cycles bleed into one another so there’s no set hard ending or beginning. And yes people often cross over from one cycle to the next because of this overlap. The soulmate cycles themselves seem to “begin” around the time Jupiter enters the sign of Capricorn. And where the North Node is at that time seems to set the theme/host energy of the soulmate cycle.
As an example. The current soulmate cycle bled into being as the old one began to fade out around December 2019 when Jupiter slid into Capricorn, and at that time the North Node was in Cancer. Hence our current Cancerian energy themed cycle.
That’s as complex as I need to make things for you. It’s a simple cycle with complex relationships. Each soul connection you have is an energy all its own. You and another plug into it. When it’s stable it’s beautiful. But when one side runs or cheats or is a prick and knocks it out of balance, it can be a real pain in the ass, even demoralizing. But it’s when it gets knocked out of balance that the real growth happens. These are the things I’ve tried to help you out with in my readings and even in the old Steve’s MailBag video playlist. While the old MailBag videos aren’t fancy, they were helpful to thousands of people back when I made them in 2021. So do check them out, especially if you’re new to my channel.
In closing, since I get asked about previous and future soulmate cycles. Below is a quick breakdown of the previous cycle, the current cycle, and the next cycle. Also please remember the cycles bleed into one another, & people do carry over from one cycle to another sometimes. A good and rare example of this is our current soulmate cycle which had an abnormally early bleed-in or I should say fade-in in this case which began as far back as late 2018. But it didn’t technically begin or stand on its own until December of 2019. Just for reference, usually the bleed-ins are just a couple months. Not over a year.

The NEXT soulmate- cycle (tentatively titled by me “Crazy-town”)
Begins: Around November/December 2031
Ends: Sometime between March 1 and October 26, 2043
Theme/Host energy: Starts in Scorpio, then flips to Aries in early 2042, then flips again to Pisces in mid-2043 (*a very rare changeable host energy)
*Usually the cycle host energies are NOT changeable. This did also happen in the 1950’s era however, just not this much. The best I can tell is it only flipped once then. The changeable host energy of water, fire, water “should” bring some real fire and ice to the mix. The first 10 years or so of the cycle is Scorpio themed. Deep water energy. The last couple years of this 12 year cycle are a bit wobbly to say the least. The theme energy is changeable at least in part due to Jupiter’s retrogrades, & Pluto’s energy at that time being a bit of an unstable moving target. At any rate, since the current soulmate-cycle last happened in and is a near perfect replica of the World War II era, this cycle will bring the heat and some cold hard deep realities. It “could” be very similar to the baby-boom era that followed WWII. i.e. it’s probably a clean-up period where freedom of some kind returns. Or people feel free to dream again, after the oppression of the previous cycle. But everything is Schrodinger’s cat. We’ll have to see how things play out. I doubt I’ll be on YouTube to pull on this next cycle, but I might be if I think I can be of some help or guidance. You never know what I’ll do. And neither do I.
