The month ahead: “June 2024”

In June 2024 the sky’s the limit.  This is a month where the impossible can happen.  You can accomplish things that you never in your wildest imagination thought possible.  You can break through glass ceilings.  Some of you will move, some of you will change jobs, and some of you will rather suddenly and out of nowhere run head long into the love of your life.  But even more important than all of the above I think is June 2024 offers a chance to alter your perspective and your goals.  You CAN in June’s energy lock in a future for yourself.  The Gemini new moon is a mutable energy.  In fact most of the month during Gemini season with Jupiter’s help it’s even more mutable energy than it would normally be.  This energy in and of itself makes changes and alterations to plans, attitudes, and potentials seemingly effortless.  But why?

Well the month opens with Jupiter and Pluto in a trine.  Jupiter is in Gemini during Gemini season, which is aided by Pluto in Aquarius in retrograde.  This allows for a rethink of plans, people, and situations.  Jupiter adds the “luck” element to it all, but because Pluto is in Aquarius, and Aquarius is partly ruled by Saturn which at the end of June goes retrograde, the karmic ramifications of making perceived mistakes is severely lightened.  Meaning you’ll likely feel more confident in your decision making at the very least.  Saturn’s retrograde phase begins officially on June 29th, but the effects of this will be felt as early as mid-month because Saturn is a very slow moving and larger than life planetary energy.  Which works well with June’s mutable energy because when Saturn goes retrograde we tend to get a break from the big lessons and karmic spankings Saturn direct usually has on offer.  And this year is no exception.  As I often say, Saturn retrograde periods are a bit like when you were in school and the teacher leaves the room.  It’s “let the spitballs, and paper airplanes fly” time.  And as I said, this year’s Saturn retrograde is no exception to this rule.  In fact it’s a bit enhanced by the core energy and surrounding astrological influences going on around it.  So expect the proverbial “teacher” to be out of the room well in the fall 2024.

This all sounds great.  But as always every energy has a good side and a bad side, an angel and a devil.  Both energies are always present.  So if there is a “damper” on the mutable fun of June it’s Mars’ move into Taurus on the 9th.  Mars is tenacious in Taurus.  But this year it might find Taurus boring because Taurus energy is methodical and Mars wants action.  Normally when Mars is in Taurus it creates a determined confidence vibe.  But the mutable season it’s happening in this time around, with Mars being an action energy, and Taurus being a fixed energy may create a bit of a push/pull vibe.  While this may slow things down or be a bit of a wet blanket type energy in what is a very mutable dynamic month, you CAN work this energy of Mars in Taurus to your strategic advantage by not fighting the methodical “fixed” Taurus energy.  Meaning part of your “confidence” this month comes from the surety of your decision making.  Mars in Taurus is often confident anyway, but this year the “confidence” aspect will come from an inner knowing that you’re making the right decisions.

So don’t fear the Mars energy, just let the Taurus aspect, i.e. that urge to check all the details first put Mars in the timeout chair like a parent might to a rambunctious child.  And all will be well and surprisingly smooth I might add.

Overall June 2024 should be a spectacular month with a lot of quick-change of direction energies afoot.  Speaking for my readings, I’m sure they’ll prove to be quite dynamic in June 2024.  lol  Of that I have no doubt….   — Cheers!!
