The month ahead: “December 2024”

I’ve labeled December 2024 “The month with two-heads”. I call it that for a couple of reasons. The main reason is that there are TWO New Moons. That makes this an interesting month in and of itself because there’s basically a second chance to wrap-up old business and start again with new business. The energy around us is playing ball with our very human calendars and giving us a chance to make a list and check it twice. And not unlike Santa’s list our personal “lists” that we’re checking are determining whose been naughty or nice. Who or what is worth taking with us into 2025 and who or what isn’t.

The other reason I call December 2024 “The month with two-heads” is because the energy of the month should based on certain surrounding energies that I’ve encountered in my life before and thus have some experience with cause us to behave a bit like that Batman character “Two-face”. Where one side of his face is handsome and other not so much. There’s a potential for your inner Grinch to come out this month. Not in the sense that you’ll screw up or ruin everyone’s holiday, but you might ruin your own with your inability to keep a secret, either yours or someone else’s. Yes the surrounding energies of December 2024 may have you arguing with yourself in a very 5 of wands/Two-faced sort of way in an epic battle of should I or shouldn’t I. I’m not sure you need to read too much into this, or even panic about it, but it’s my job to keep you informed of the energies, so I’m doing just that. So do keep what I’m saying in mind if someone tells you a secret, or worse yet, YOU tell someone a secret. So to sum it up, in one certain surrounding energy around us all in December of 2024 people are absolute shit at keeping their mouths shut, yourself included… Just make a mental note of it is all I’m saying…

Now at this point in the monthly write-up I have to pick something to write about astrologically. We’ve already talked about the two new moons. So what else is a big deal this month. Well there are actually TWO other “big deal” energies in December. The first is the 12/12 portal energy which “wonder-twin powers” activates the 11/11 energetic new year energy. Which means you should have started manifesting around the 11/11 portal and any of those new year’s resolutions should all be in by the 12/12 portal energy’s flow. That means if you want your resolutions to stick, you need to make them no later than I’d say the 19th of December. The new year itself i.e. January 1st is just a day on our paper or cardboard calendars. There is no 1/1 portal. But the 11/11 and 12/12 which as dates are just markers for the when an energy of sort sort seems to arrive each year are very real and very important. The time in between them actually is the most important.

As for the soulmate cycle, the 12/12 portal energy and what someone is doing within it will set the tone for what actions they may take towards you in the coming year. That being said, we have no control over what someone is doing obviously, but you can control yourself… So my suggestion is that you make damn sure “YOU” are doing something worthwhile, productive, and ideally something you’re passionate about between the 10th of December and the 19th or so of December and you’ll be all set. The 12/12 energy carries a long way into the coming year. Think of it like a wind blowing the sailboat of you. It’ll blow you right through the 1st half of the year quite easily. And yes it’s Steve’s Love Tarot, so if you’re one of my 7 male viewers, the answer is yes… I meant blow-job…

The other energy which I’ve touched on in recent readings including a Mars reading is Mars going retrograde in LEO. Since Mars has been direct in LEO we’ve taken action. We took action in Love, we took action in the world at-large, i.e. here in the USA we voted for example. But I warned (or tried to) that there would be some buyer’s remorse in all areas of our lives, and that’s never more the case than in the soulmate cycle for sure. My point is, Mars retrograde in LEO is where and when that buyer’s remorse begins to take hold. How might that play out in the soulmate cycle?? Well any decision someone attached to you made about not approach you, could turn around into a decision TO approach you. But energy is always a double-edged sword. Both positive and negative are always present. So let’s not delude ourselves here. Someone who is attached to you could also decide NOT to approach you, when maybe recently it looked like they were going to. But to sum it up, Mars retrograde in LEO energetically is a period where you and those attach to you will reassess recent or even some distant “actions” you’ve taken, and/or choices you’ve made.

Either way there’s nothing much to worry about on this front. Because Mars moves back into Cancer in early January, and stays there until April. Which will hurl us back in time in a way to September. So I’ll tell you in advance, next month you might want to pair my September 2024 write-up with the January 2025 write-up. Or at least the Mars portions of it anyway. Just sayin’…

So December should be a decent month overall. I’d give it an A-minus if you can manage to keep a secret, or not tell anyone any of your secrets. If not, and you spill the beans so to speak and tell all, then I’ll give the month a C-minus grade. Either one is passing, but in my house as a kid I would have gotten a 20 dollar bill for an A-minus, and nada, zilch, Zed, Zero for the C-minus.

So at the end of the day my advice is to lay low in December, keep your mouth shut, and if you do decide to reverse any decisions or give things a second look, try not to feel bad about that. We all make mistakes, we all sometimes need to backtrack and try again. Never feel bad about this. Try to remember that only, (and I do mean ONLY) truly high vibrational people will ever admit they made a mistake and/or reverse their point of view or decisions. Most people are lower-vibration. They shift-blame, make shit up when they don’t know the answer, and never admit any wrong-doing.

So in December all you really have to do is what I often suggest on my videos. “Don’t be like most people”.
