A lot of people know I’m a big Led Zeppelin fan. So just for fun I thought I would share another song track I wrote and recorded with you all. Jimmy Page is one of the reasons I ever picked up a guitar in the first place in fact. When I was a kid I first learned on acoustic guitar. Actually until I was about 10. But my father said if I could learn some songs off his Led Zeppelin albums on it he would buy me an electric and an amp. I was motivated and excited and learn them I did. In fact I learned all of Led Zeppelin’s first album on acoustic guitar solos and all. LOL.. Which was tricky for the violin bow parts on song’s like Dazed and Confused. LOL… I blew his fucking mind. And yeah I got that electric guitar for Christmas that year.
That said, sometimes I like to embellish on styles. This track is one of those times and I thought I would share it. It’s a Led Zeppelin style piece that blends a little Page, with a little Steve and a whole lot of tone along with it. Jimmy was famous for his hook riffs. This song even has a nice groove hook, and some fun Led Zepp vibes to it. The song is called “Shred Zepp”.. Crank it up!! I hope you enjoy it.. This one is best served…. “LOUD”!! I hope you dig the groove!!
