And that has never been more true than in the month of February 2026 for both the soulmate cycle and societal energies, where an injection of Empathy, and in some cases sanity is required, and fortunately is on offer should we choose to reach out for it. A history not learned from, forgotten, or worse-yet erased is doomed to repeat. But we must be smarter than just remembering the past. We have to be able to think laterally and understand that history always repeats in a new context, i.e. the same basic theme, with different actors playing their own interpretations of the characters. Or to put it another way I’ll offer a quote often attributed to Mark Twain but all bets are off as always whether or not he actually uttered the words. Whether it was Mark or Shania makes no real difference. In either case it’s a fantastic way to look at history, “History Doesn’t Repeat Itself, but It Often Rhymes”. Or maybe a quote from one my niece’s favorite characters Marceline the Vampire Queen, “Everything repeats over and over again, and no one learns anything because no one lives long enough to see the pattern.”
Patterns… that’s the key to it all you know. Your life, the world, your relationships, all of it… The greatest superpower you can hone within yourself, is the power to pay attention and spot people’s repeating patterns.
Honestly.. “What the fuck is going on out there in the world??” would be my question…. IF… I didn’t already know why it’s all happening. It’s all just a tiresomely predictable pattern that repeats every 80 to 90 years. And if people would just study history and not have such short memories it would stop repeating, and for once, something new and maybe even wonderful would happen. For one, we wouldn’t keep putting people in power that love power. WWII should have already taught us what happens when one man’s ego is allowed to run amok. Power corrupts. It behaves like a drug, making us feel like nothing can stop us. So liking it and wanting it is dangerous, for both the holder of the power, and the energies on the other side of it. It’s especially dangerous to freedoms of any kind. Because people that like power, don’t want you to be free. Because your freedom limits their power.
But I digress… Let’s talk about the energy of February 2026, the soulmate cycle, a little history, and a little astrology… First off, you’ll read a lot of astrologers talking about “The World Point”, which is peaking around the 20th of the month. The energies of it are already brewing as I type this. The winds are picking up. It doesn’t take much to see it. World events are reaching a fever pitch. “The World Point” IS A BIG DEAL!!! I agree… So what is it?? “The World Point” or “World Angle”, or “Cardinal Axis” etc., is very rare. In this case it’s when Saturn & Neptune meet at Zero degrees fiery hot Aries. Most will write about the irreversible societal and personal reset, and how it ends a 36 year cycle, and begins a new one. And how it revolutionizes how we view leadership and power, and our personal identities. And yes all of that is true. But I’m not an astrologer, and while astrology fascinates me and I do know my fair share about it because it benefits me to. I’ll leave astrology to the astrologers. I’ll stick to the energy, and its various always fun and sometimes eyerollingly predictable patterns & cycles.
What you really need to know about is the energetic kick of “The World Point” energy, so that you don’t get blindsided by it. This “kick” reminds me of when I shot my dad’s shotgun for the first time. I was 7 and he neglected to tell me that it had some kick to it. And because of that, my ass landed in the bush behind me. I flew back like I was in some kind of cartoon. lol.. While the kick of this energy differs from that old Browning 16 gauge I was firing, it can have the same end effect. i.e. it’ll leave you on your ass if you’re not expecting it.
While yes the World Point energy doesn’t just end a long 36 year cycle, but it also begins another one, it will also be the first in what will be many “Points of no return” in 2026, and into the first half of 2027. And to glaze over that side of the energy and what’s going on within it would be irresponsible of me. There are big things going on in the world, things that many support and many don’t. I always recommend studying History, Political science, and Economics if you can. You can never have enough education. But if I had to pick one, I’d go with history. This is because everything that’s happening right now in the world has all played out before. While the context was different in the past, meaning the surrounding energies, or the countries/people involved, it’s the same basic story. So if you want to know how it ends, or simply get a lofty view of whether or not it’s all morally right or wrong, just look back in time. It’s important to do this because sometimes we get so engulfed in our opinions and beliefs or worse yet the propaganda that’s pumped out by a very polarized media that it’s hard to see the forest for the trees at ground level.
In the coming energetic environment it’s never been more important that you’re “smarter” and more “educated” than you’ve ever been. It’ll be imperative that you’re honest with yourself and that you can spot patterns playing out. It’ll also be important that you don’t have a short or worse yet a selective memory. Being able to spot patterns in history and in the short-term spotting the patterns of the people in your life and in the public spotlight will benefit you greatly in general. So do please try to do that, even if you have to take notes. This is because be it in the world or even in the soulmate cycle the DMs, the runners, will begin to claim things never happened. They may even try to rewrite history or erase it all together. Whether in your personal life i.e. the soulmate cycle or out in the world blame shifting will be on the rise. Especially as things begin to potentially go very wrong. It’ll always be some else’s fault. If it’s a DM saying this to you or an Overlord, you need to be smart enough to not believe it, and apply blame where it belongs so the issue can be resolved.
All of that nonsense picks up steam because major cycles are ending and new ones are beginning. Whenever this happens ego based lower vibrational energies have a real problem keeping their illusions afloat. The cracks are easier to see through in relationships of all kinds.
So let’s get back to what all this has to do with February’s big energetic news, “The World Point”. First off as I said it ends a 36 year cycle that began around 1989. Around the time the Berlin wall came down and East and West Germany were united once again. Also at this time, the cold war ended when a couple years later the USSR fell. But the laws of physics apply. And physics speaks of equal and opposite reactions within the energy. So as we begin a new 36 year cycle it’s logical to assume that possibly a new type of wall, either metaphorical or physical may be going UP instead of coming down. And it’s also logical to assume that in an equal and opposite reaction another cold war may begin begin in this new cycle. We can already see the rumblings of this taking shape with talk of resumed nuke testing etc. As for the wall. We can kind of see that metaphorical wall taking shape right now, with some very divisive “me first” energies in-play out there. And other even more disturbing things, such as states being favored based on voting practices etc.
Let me say that be it out in the world, or in our personal lives, you must keep in mind throughout February that some things can’t be undone once they’re set in motion. And, some things can’t be unsaid once they’ve been said. “The World Point” energy is drenched in these lessons thanks to the Saturn aspect of it. In fact, those two important things to remember/lessons make up most of Saturn’s role in “The World Point”. And Mr. Saturn, our teacher, doesn’t just show up to class with a book. He also shows up with a ruler in his hand to smack us with when we ignore the two main lessons I’ve just mentioned.
Let me share a perspective with you. I’ll put my own spin on it… Neptune in Aries has a big mouth. It talks a good game. And when confronted, when the ego is challenged in particular, it will back up that talk with action. This can be good, or it can very very bad. When it comes down to ego, right or wrong is never the point, it’s always about saving face. Neptune in Aries won’t slather reality with as much hazy illusion and delusional jam as it did when it was in Pisces, but in the early stages of Aries energy, i.e. zero to 2 degrees’ish it can and will make us all a little on edge. It can make us do and say some crazy shit, and then act on it, in an effort to save face as I said. There’s no real world damage that can happen if this ego save occurs in your personal life, but when our world leaders do it, people die and economies get ruined. Saturn is NOT fucking around. Please remember that.
Taskmaster Saturn, teacher of all lessons karmic will be right there asking the question of, “are you SURE this is what you want to do???” before anything bad or good can happen. On the bad side, perhaps you break up with someone, or perhaps you start a major war with a neighbor, or corporation, or worse yet a country. All because your ego or sensibilities have been hurt.
February 2026 is a powerful turning point. The energy actually stretches until Jupiter goes direct in early mid March. Remember what I said about Jupiter retrograde in the November 2025 article. This year in particular, what happens, what you do, during this retrograde matters. Because when it goes direct in mid March, what we’ve collectively and personally set in motion is here to stay. The play button will be hit.. Umm…. we’re stuck with it…. Do I need to say more…. I doubt it, I think you get the point.
In February 2026 please remember that whether it’s in your personal life, or with our leaders in the world at-large. EGO is NEVER a good or effective ruling tool, in fact history has shown us it’s usually quite dangerous. Hell it doesn’t even make a good manager at a fucking fast food job. Leading with ego in relationships or a leadership position of any kind makes one thin-skinned and prone rash behavior. This is because the ego always feels threatened. It needs the soul and heart to balance it out and keep it stable. An unchecked ego feels as though it constantly needs to defend itself. Making this behavior even more dangerous is the fact that the ego is inclined toward overkill when it does protect itself. i.e. using Dynamite to crack a Walnut instead of a simple nutcracker. By contrast, Empress energy, and specifically the energies of empathy & compassion in particular ARE excellent ruling tools. They’re energies that make for great lovers, parents, teachers, and leaders.
The good news is, these energies are available to you in abundance in February IF you’re willing to reach out for them. This is easiest in February’s energy in particular if you find a worthy cause, or a positive outlet for your energy. i.e. art of some kind, or a humanitarian project. Just make sure it’s rooted in empathy, and not hatred for a group, or the equally dangerous and senseless desire for revenge. These are NOT the outlets you want to use in “The World Point” energy.
In closing can I just say, I’ve got a stack of social media messages from freaked out people. People worried about where the world is going, worried that there’s no future etc. And I’m never quite sure what to say to those of you that have written in. I know you want to know about my offline reads and what they’re saying etc. But that information is dangerous for me to convey. Mostly because energy can change on a dime. And if it means anything to you, February does provide the dime for the energies to change on.
But if the surrounding energies of the world at-large, or even the soulmate cycle are making you nervous. Be it in February 2026, or into the immediate future. My best advice for you is to carve out a little piece of sanity for yourself. Imagine yourself in a bubble, or in a bunker if you want to properly vibe with the energetic storm we’re living in at the moment. While inside this “bunker-bubble” live your life with empathy and compassion. Both for yourself and others. For yourself, listen to your favorite music, watch your favorite shows and Tarot readers, call or text only your favorite friends and family. Avoid anyone toxic if at all possible. Worrying about what’s ahead will usually only set you back in energies/times like these. Instead, ask yourself IF what you’re currently doing with your life is working for you, and whether or not it’s in-line with what your true goals or perceived destiny is. If it’s not, adjust accordingly with empathy and compassion towards yourself. Leave your ego outside the bunker-bubble. There’s enough of that energy causing problems out there in the world and in the soulmate cycle already.
If that’s not enough to calm you down. Well no worries. The current energetic storm will pass. I call it “The Great Storm” in my notebooks. History going back 1000 years shows us that this storm comes around every 80 to 90 years and it lasts about 12 years at its core, with a 4 to 8 year lead in. The last time it was here its main energy was 1933 to 1945. This time its main energy began in mid-2015-2016 with a lead-in of weirdness and rhetoric that began in 2011-2012 or so. So the current energetic storm and all the madness going on out there should end sometime between mid 2027-early 2029, or thereabouts. History also shows us that usually the DF’s are the heroes. Empathy and compassion defeat the storm’s catalyst person every time. And this storm always ends in shame as I’ve said. FYI, usually the majority of that shame emanates from the people who supported the catalyst as they come to their senses and realize the horrors, and sometimes the stupidity of what they supported. Never in the history of this storm was the aftermath shame more obvious and widely felt than the last time it was here during the post-WWII era as the energy of the storm faded out.
Well that’s the official end of my February 2026 article… But…I talk a lot about this current energetic storm and I’m always referencing WWII, which was of course the last time this storm was here. But I’ll IF you’re interested, I’ll offer you a new point of reference. Afterall February is Lincoln’s birthday month. lol.. So I’ll share with you Lincoln’s strategy for ending the Civil War, which was 2 storm cycles back of our current “Great Storm”. Abe Lincoln was the hero of that version of the storm. He was pure Empress energy. By contrast Jefferson Davis was the catalyst/villain in the storm, he was a petty divisive man. The optional shot of history below should offer you an excellent example of how history can shed light on what’s happening in the present. While things never play out exactly the same when a cycle or storm repeats, there are massive and glaringly obvious similarities in the characters and their modes of operation (modus operandi). I’ll keep it as brief as I can. But it again is an OPTIONAL read for you.

(Optional bonus read: A brief lesson in the current energetic storm’s history)
Some of this Civil War history may sound familiar to you. And it should, because in a different context it’s playing out every single day on the news right now. Again, “History Doesn’t Repeat Itself, but It Often Rhymes”.
Being the history buff that I am I can tell you that some historians will tell you that Lincoln didn’t much care if the slaves were freed or not, he just wanted the war to end. This is not accurate. In fact Lincoln did care about the slaves, but his primary concern was preserving the Union, (keeping the country unified) which was proving tricky because of the divisiveness & hate messaging coming from the Confederate side. Hate is negative/devil-type energy, so it’s like junk food to lower vibrational people. Which is always most people. Most people don’t go on spiritual journeys and once they get out of school they learn very little. So energies like hate and racism etc. are quickly gobbled up by the general public like a table full of Twinkies at diet camp.
In keeping with my article above, Jefferson Davis (this storms catalyst) was fighting with ego energies. Riling people up and dividing them with anger and racism and a lot of manufactured problems. Basically he lied a lot, he made everyone else the bad guy, it was always someone else’s fault. Having said that, let me share something with you. I really do think this storm has a type when it’s casting main characters, especially the catalyst/villain character. lol ., See if this sounds familiar… History describes Jefferson Davis as having a difficult personality, characterized by being thin-skinned (presenting often as violent reactions to criticism), quick to anger, holding grudges, and being impatient with disagreement, which led to numerous revenge fueled feuds. Oddly through all of this Davis portrayed himself as a peacemaker. This “peacemaker” aspect by the way is often used by the catalyst person in this cycle as a misdirect. Like a magician, having you look at one hand, so you don’t notice what the other hand is doing. It works for magicians, and this technique has worked brilliantly on mostly the lower-vibrational masses throughout history.
To be fair to Jefferson Davis, the historic description of him above describes every single catalyst person in this energetic storm going back over 1000 years. It’s mind-blowing and a little predictably eyerolling I’m sad to say. I’m also surprised more newscasters haven’t spotted this pattern. We could apply the same description to Hitler and King George, and before that in the early 1700’s to Queen Ann’s detractors, who basically “fake newsed” her to death, almost erasing her from history.
Anyway, back to Abe… Our hero back in the Eighteen sixties (Lincoln) achieved his objective of saving the Union by making emancipation (freeing the slaves) a military and moral purpose. He used slavery as an emotional tool to reach his objective of keeping the Union together. Lincoln brought an emotional element to the war with the slavery topic. He made his soldiers and moreover the people FEEL something beyond hate and divisiveness. He brought them back together, hence “United” them over a common cause. Lincoln reminded people that the slaves were human beings, and they deserved to be treated as such. Rather than Jefferson Davis’ message of rounding them up and penning them up like some sort of cattle. Lincoln was a true leader, because he in effect brought people together to fight for the Union with a cause and a purpose. Which in-turn weakened the Confederacy’s hate and revenge filled divisive position.
In closing, it takes a lot of energy to hate. It really does. It actually takes far less energy to love, and feel empathy and compassion for yourself and others. Anger can cause a heart attack, love rarely causes such a thing. With the exception of having a weak heart and bangin’ a 20 yr old hooker… But that’s not love anyway. That type of thing often reads as aggression, which is a form of anger energy. So it reads on the hate side of the spectrum.
Lincoln wanted us to be united, because we were stronger that way. It actually wasn’t difficult for him to do. Empress energy is POWERFUL. The thing is, human beings are not hard-wired to hate. We’re taught to hate. Children aren’t born racist or hate-filled for example. Their parents or the others around them teach them/raise them to be that way. Abe Lincoln played to the people’s and the soldier’s inner Empress energies. This is how this storm ends each time. Compassion and empathy win out over hate and revenge.
So how does my Civil War brief summary of history help you in your life with February 2026?? Well learning something always raises your vibration for one. But okay,,, I’ll break it down nice and easy for you. The kind of emotionally balanced neutrality that Lincoln used manifests powerfully. Meaning, the secret to dealing with the intense energies of February 2026 be it on the world stage or in the soulmate cycle is to remain in an almost Empress meets 4 of cups type of energy. So you may have a goal in mind. But you want things to turn out well and fairly for everyone involved. You work with emotions in this energy, not with ego. You’re a light worker of sorts, but it’s a light energy that doesn’t ignore the dark. It simply works against it and starves it to death.
Now that’s what I call an “Empress” energy or way of acting. Talk about empathy… If you can maintain that level of empathy in all you do this month, you’ll not only eliminate people and situations that are toxic, and strengthen those that are not, but you’ll do it in a way that all parties involved benefit. Thus earning yourself some proper good karma back from a very grateful universe. Because you kept the greater good in mind.
